While we hoped we would have the final release at this point we still have issues to sort out before we can declare our current work a stable release.
In the meantime I am releasing another beta here to allow people testing which needs tarballs.

**Fixes:**
   * ecore/signal: also use nonblock for writing side of signal pipe
   * ector engine: +null checking.
