Enlightenment DR 0.21.1 Release

This is the first bugfix and stability release for the Enlightenment 21 Release series. It addresses a number of issues as listed below. The 21 series will be longer term supported and will continue to see regular updates until the end of 2017 and fixes for any critical issues to the end of 2018 regardless of when the e22 release may or may not happen making it an ideal candidate for stable distributions to pick up.

Building and Dependencies
If you have an existing EFL or Elementary install, you may wish to delete its header files and libraries before compiling and installing to avoid possible conflicts during compilation. Please compile the dependencies in the following order (click for README):
Note: E21 depends on EFL v1.17 or newer for X11 compositing and 1.18 for Wayland support.
